Shape the Future Foodies :
- Design and deliver engaging and stimulating Culinary Education lessons across the curriculum,
fostering creativity and practical skills in the kitchen.
- Develop and implement a rigorous food-focused curriculum aligned with National Curriculum standards, encouraging healthy eating habits and critical thinking.
- Utilize innovative teaching methods and resources to cater to diverse learning styles, ensuring all students flourish in your dynamic and informative classroom.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and enhance the Culinary Education program, including curriculum planning, resource creation, and departmental initiatives.
- Contribute to the overall academic progress and well-being of students through effective pastoral care and guidance.
- Cultivate strong and positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
We're looking for a culinary rockstar!
- You possess a relevant qualification, such as a QTS in Food Technology, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
- You have a demonstrably successful track record of engaging and educating students in a culinary setting.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are a must.
- A genuine passion for food and a commitment to inspiring students to develop culinary confidence and healthy eating habits is paramount.
- Previous experience in a school kitchen environment is a plus, but not mandatory.
- You are steadfastly committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
