How will you make an impact? HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
The purpose of this role is to drive sales, optimize brand awareness, improve the customer journey by developing and executing multi-channel campaigns.
This role will think creatively to grow revenue and net income, drive customer acquisition & file growth, and lead internal teams as well as vendor relationships.
You must be skilled at leading a small team, possess the analytical skills required to scale the business, understand creative and the value of brand, possess a great attitude, and demonstrate strong communication skills.
You will be skilled in building strong working relationships with Marketing,
the Product Design teams etc to ensure clients receive a luxury experience that meets the brand standards of Purdey.
- Accountable for driving and growing sales and margin of C&A; to budget
- Drive sale initiatives and client engagement across e-com through developing successful strategies
- Collaborate closely with the Digital Marketing Manager representing the commercial side to the business in feeding back what objectives are needed to achieve sales and margin targets, what is working and where are the opportunities
- Ensure site is always shoppable with product attractively presented and well merchandised
- Lead the design, development, and integrations roadmap on both Shopify websites improving client experience, UX / UI, elevating digital touchpoints in line with luxury standards and best-practices
- Plan, edit and upload the front end content across both websites when needed, align with new delivery drops, product launches, seasonality and sale periods, briefing marketing on ecommerce needs
- Drive traffic through SEO improvements,
managing and briefing external contacts.
- Collaborate with Retail to drive footfall into Audley House as well as VIC E-commerce client engagement through site updates, segmentation, and email engagement
- Report on line performance and KPI’s weekly and monthly
- Oversee email marketing creation in collaboration with the Digital Marketing Manager representing the commercial arm of the business
- Collaborate and partner closely with Customer Service role to ensure client experience continues to elevate based on client behaviour and data
- Collaborate, gain and share insights with other maisons around customer experience improvements
- Improve efficiencies in ecommerce processes, working alongside merchandising, production and marketing
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
- Strong and demonstrable experience in an Ecommerce trading capacity
- Previous experience in building an ecommerce strategy & executing the road map
- Commercially minded with the desire to always improve and stay abreast of innovations in the digital landscape
- Previous experience of managing a team through leadership and inspiration
- Strong client and stakeholders management / leadership, dynamic and self-motivated
- Results-oriented and understands how to create, implement and drive relevant KPI’s for the online business
- Organised with a strong attention to detail
- Strong understanding of User Experience Design and usability best practices
- You must be commercially minded with strong analytical skills
- A keen problem solver and able to be hands-on
- Detail orientated when needed and to work quickly to complete tasks
- Technical platforms / systems - Shopify Content Management System (CMS, Shopify analytics / segmentation, Ometria & Figma
- Digital marketing knowledge to support the Digital Marketing Manager
- Must have hands on knowledge of GTM, GA4, GMC and Looker
- SEO knowledge
- GDPR and international compliance knowledge
- Strong understanding of the digital environment and solid technical knowledge regarding UX / UI, integrations, Shopify Plus, ESPs and campaign creation.
