What you will do as a Cluster Revenue Manager
- Develop and implement effective revenue management strategies to maximize revenue and profitability across the hotel cluster.
- Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor pricing, and demand patterns to adjust pricing strategies and optimize inventory management.
- Conduct regular performance analysis and provide actionable insights and recommendations to hotel management.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment of revenue strategies with overall business goals.
- Utilize revenue management systems and tools to forecast demand and analyse performance metrics.
- Prepare and present regular reports on revenue performance, including key metrics and KPIs.
- Manage monthly and annual revenue forecasting / budgeting process
