In this leadership role, you'll :
- Provide strategic direction for the Art department, ensuring the curriculum is engaging, innovative, and aligns with the latest advancements in art education.
- Empower and inspire a team of talented Art teachers, fostering collaboration and professional development.
- Champion the arts throughout the school,
promoting creativity and artistic expression across all year groups.
- Develop strong relationships with students, staff, and parents, creating a thriving and inclusive art community.
- Lead by example with your own artistic expertise and passion, motivating students to explore their creative potential.
We're looking for :
- A highly qualified and experienced Art Teacher (QTS) with a proven track record of leadership success.
- An outstanding communicator with the ability to motivate, inspire, and build strong relationships.
- A passionate advocate for the arts with a deep understanding of child development and diverse learning styles.
- A strategic thinker with excellent organizational and management skills.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
