Position : School Administrator.
Start Date : September 2024.
Experience Required : Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
Key Responsibilities :
- Monitor and analyse student data.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding attendance issues.
- Collaborate with teaching staff to ensure an optimal learning environment.
- Implement interventions to improve student attendance.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience using SIMS.
- Strong understanding of school attendance policies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in data management and reporting.
