The Role
In this pivotal role, you will :
- Deliver engaging and stimulating Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4, fostering a love of learning within students.
- Utilize innovative teaching methods to cater to different learning styles and ensure all students reach their full potential.
- Play an active role in the Maths department, contributing to curriculum development and departmental discussions.
- Build strong relationships with students, providing guidance and support both inside and outside the classroom.
The Ideal Candidate
- Possesses a strong qualification in Mathematics (PGCE or equivalent).
- Demonstrates a passion for Maths and the ability to ignite a similar enthusiasm in students.
- Holds a proven track record of delivering effective and engaging Maths lessons.
- Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with students, colleagues, and parents.
- Embraces collaboration and is committed to continuous professional development.
