Job description
Our EA Team are looking for an experienced team leader to join them on a 12 month FTC.
The Business Services team play a crucial role in supporting our Partnership and their wider teams. Our EAs are a passionate, dedicated team that thrive on making the impossible.
They are highly organised, multi taskers, who bring inclusivity and fun to the workplace all whilst maintaining a can do attitude.
This is a great opportunity for you to join a fantastic team bringing your professionalism and ideas enabling us to continue providing exceptional assistance to the Partner team.
This role can be based in Birmingham on a hybrid basis or fully remote.
What you will be doing
- Supporting three partners and managing up to 6 EA's your role will include;
- Extensive calendar management support and logistics, liaising with our clients to arrange meetings
- Providing support with all travel arrangements
- Line management, mentorship and coaching to a small team of Executive Assistants, including feedback and performance review management
- Arranging meeting rooms for internal and external meetings, organising catering, hospitality and restaurant booking
- Supporting the Partners with running and managing their business unit
- Event Management for away days, offsites, workshops and various team building events
- Time and expense process management
- Printing and binding of documents for client meetings
- Assisting with EA recruitment, interviewing candidates, providing feedback and assessment
Your skills and experience
- Experience in supporting multiple senior level executives with full diary and travel management
- Experience in line management, mentorship and coaching
- Proficient knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Presentable and personable with a proficient attention to detail
- Enthusiastic, friendly and helpful, a team player and is solution focused
