Are you interested in creating the future in the transportation industry? Our team is changing the way we interact with customers around the globe and building a new, emerging business in the transportation industry to solve some of the biggest logistical opportunities facing not just Amazon, but the entire industry.
We are looking for a highly driven and entrepreneurial Acquisition Manager to drive the growth of our transportation business in the UK.
The ideal candidate will be a highly analytical and hands-on problem solver with a proven track record of successfully managing B2B acquisition.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing, localizing and executing scalable marketing strategies to demand generation.
Key job responsibilities
Responsibilities will include :
Run acquisition campaigns and other growth initiatives end-to-end : Design experiments, develop campaign strategy, and drive execution of the campaigns through to completion
Channel management : Launching and managing campaigns across multiple channels, often in partnership with third-party agencies
Reporting and planning : Analysing and understanding results to drive continuous improvement, planning ahead to meet and support business goals
A day in the life
The UK Acquisition manager is a self-starter, and can juggle multiple priorities and make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic, and often highly ambiguous environment.
This role requires ability to communicate with senior leaders in a clear, concise and structured manner and to easily shift from strategic thinking to executing, in order to deliver results

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
- Experience in marketing or marketing research
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience using customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs
- Experience utilizing systems and tools involving email, web, analytics, and CRM (Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.) for targeting, segmentation, reporting for demand generation
