This is a full-time position starting in April. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual who has a strong passion for Science, a deep understanding of its principles, and a strong track record of successful teaching.

Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the Science department, overseeing the delivery of an exceptional Science curriculum
- Provide strategic direction and support to Science teachers, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning
- Monitor and evaluate the progress and achievements of students in Science
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies and resources
- Lead by example,





fostering a positive learning environment and promoting the school's values
- Contribute to the school's Science program and initiatives
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, behaviour, and achievements

Requirements

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Specialization in Science or a related field
- Postgraduate degree in Science or Science Education (preferred)

Experience and Skills :

- Significant experience teaching Science, preferably at the secondary level
- Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Excellent subject knowledge in Science, with the ability to deliver exceptional lessons
- Strong communication, organization, and decision-making skills






- Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with advancements in Science education
