We have partnered with an exciting Venture Capital Firm, looking to expand its team by adding an experienced Investor Relations Assistant. This hire will combine Investor Relations, Operations and Administrative work.
This is a great opportunity for someone to develop their Investor Relations skills in a hybrid role, at a leading Venture Capital Fund.
Responsibilities:
· Investor Relations - Update marketing materials, support answering Due Diligence requests, manage the Dataroom, and plan Investor events
. Operations - Organisation of all internal & external events and managing the Office space
· Administration - Diary Management of Partners, producing expense claims and first point of contact for inbound calls
Requirements:
· At least 2 years of experience working as an Assistant within Operations, Investor Relations, or Administration, within Financial Services
. Excellent spoken & written English
Experienced using CRMs and managing Datarooms
. Enthusiastic & driven attitude
. Proficient in Microsoft Office - in particular Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
