Amicus are on the lookout for a Managing Recruitment Consultant to join our EU team in Manchester!
Established at the start of 2017, Amicus Recruitment is a niche tech recruitment company, specialising in the Software Engineering, ERP, Cloud & DevOps markets. We’ve grown to 28 people currently across Manchester and Austin, TX and have plans to reach 60 heads by the end of 2025.
We’ve come a long way in 7 years, we’re just at the start of our journey. We have big plans, and we want hungry, driven, ambitious individuals to join us on it.
The role
- A hands-on 360 recruitment position with the main objective of developing a market across the Software Engineering, ERP, Cloud or DevOps within our EU team
- Develop client relationships with both new & existing clients across niche technical markets using business development techniques/skills
- Working with exciting startups to large global companies to expand their tech teams
- Compose quality, well-written content for job advertisements
- Build brand awareness across the new region with social network activity
- Host tech webinars, round table events and attend sponsored tech events
- Lead by example to less experienced consultants with consistent billings & regularly promoting best practices
What do I need to be successful?
- At least a 2 - 3 year of experience as a 360 recruiter within the tech industry (or similar industry)
- History of developing new & existing client relationships
- Ability to build internal and external relationships
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Hungry, driven, ambitious, resilient personality
- Good business acumen

- Base salary of £37,000 - £42,500 + tiered uncapped commission structure to 30%
