Our client, a London-based investor, is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to join their established legal function. This role requires a versatile lawyer who can manage a broad range of legal issues, including commercial law, financial services, real estate, and employment. Strong drafting skills, a pragmatic approach to risk, and the ability to provide both technical legal analysis and commercial, risk-based decisions are essential.
The ideal candidate will have a background in commercial litigation, possessing sharp negotiation skills and a proactive, forward-thinking mindset. You'll excel in handling complex matters, from managing contentious disputes to navigating legal challenges,
with the ability to balance risk management with commercial opportunities. Fluent Italian language and civil law experience would be a benefit.
