THE ROLE

- The person will create the Talent Acquisition strategy to support the delivery of the People Agenda & Strategic objectives of the bank.
- Work with the CPO/ Exec team/ Finance to agree a resource plan.
- Design and review employee onboarding experience.
- Manage the overall resource budget.
- Work with key stakeholders to create a talent pipeline and improve external employer brand.
- Line manage and coach Talent Acquisition Partner.
- Work with HR to upskill Hiring Managers and guide them through the recruitment process.
- Look at developing the Bank’s applicant tracking system.
- Work with the HR Business Partners and CPO to identify talent gaps.
- Work with the current Recruitment Agency PSL to develop key relationships.

ABOUT YOU

- Experience in designing materials for recruitment processes
- Experience designing recruitment processes and working with recruitment tools






- Experience with apprenticeship schemes
- Analysis and reporting knowledge
- Must have proven experience working in a talent acquisition role
- Experience designing end to end talent acquisition strategy and embedding within an organisation
- Good understanding of Employment Law
- Experience of managing a team within a HR discipline
- Employee screening experience in a regulated environment
- Recruiting experience from C Suite levels down to entry levels
- Experience managing recruitment resource budgets
- Negotiation skills
- Experience of recruitment in a Financial Service environment is desirable.
