Mode Search are exclusively partnered with an exciting luxury RTW fashion in their search for a Retail Operations & Client Services Manager
Based in West London, this is a full-time office-based position reporting to the Head of Retail, this newly created position is due to the brand experiencing rapid growth, offering career progression opportunities.
The successful applicant will be responsible for maintaining focus on consistency and excellence in all retail operations, applying Central Guidelines, and providing prompt and accurate operational and administrative support to the local Retail teams.
The Role
- Regularly evaluate the store's appearance and make necessary adjustments to uphold a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
- Collaborate closely with the store planner and visual merchandising team to guarantee that openings meet the highest standards and adhere to established timelines.
- Assist in organizing events and retail launches while identifying potential partners in new markets and regions.
- Recruit, hire, and train retail personnel, ensuring they align with the company's values and client service expectations.
- Design and implement training programs to provide employees with essential product knowledge, sales techniques, and operational procedures.
- Plan and manage staffing levels to fulfill operational requirements while keeping labour costs in check.
- Supervise inventory management processes, including ordering, receiving, stocking, and conducting cycle counts.
- Evaluate sales data and trends to predict demand and optimize inventory levels effectively.
- Establish procedures to reduce shrinkage and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Ensure consistent compliance with brand guidelines and standards regarding store layout, signage, and displays.
- Cultivate a culture of outstanding client experience by setting clear expectations and offering continuous training and support to frontline staff.
- Monitor client feedback and satisfaction metrics to pinpoint areas for enhancement and implement necessary corrective measures.
- Address escalated client issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Oversee the arrangement of physical store and event layouts, fixtures, and equipment to maximize space utilization and improve the shopping experience.
Requirements
- Flexible on both domestic and international travel
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proven experience in retail operations management, preferably in a multi-store environment.
- Experience in dealing with multiple Wholesale account
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
