Job Description:
As a Real Estate Finance Associate, you will play a crucial role in advising clients on a wide range of transactions, including:
- Commercial real estate debt financing (e.g., construction loans, mortgage loans, mezzanine financing)
- Equity investments in real estate development projects
- Real estate joint ventures and partnerships
- Asset securitization and CMBS transactions
- Real estate regulatory compliance
You will work closely with senior attorneys and clients to provide practical and effective legal advice while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Strong academic record
- 1-5 years of experience in a leading law firm's real estate finance practice
- In-depth knowledge of real estate finance structures, investment vehicles, and relevant regulatory frameworks
- Excellent drafting and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
