Aerospace/Defence Recruiter

Location: Manchester / Hybrid

Working Arrangements: Monday - Thursday 8.30am-5.30pm with an early 4pm finish on Fridays.

Contract Delivery Recruiter, you’ll be accountable for delivering qualified candidates to our biggest Defence client.

- Talent Acquisition: Identify and engage with candidates within your specialist market through our CRM, job boards, social media, networking events and industry-specific channels.
- Candidate Screening: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience and cultural fit in relation to the role.
- Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team needs, providing guidance on best hiring practices and market trends.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent across a variety of sectors.
- Employer Branding: Promote Outsource UK as an employer of choice through social media, industry events, and community engagement.
- Data-Driven Decisions:





Utilise data and analytics to track recruitment metrics and continuously improve the hiring process.

What We're Looking For:

- Experience: Junior to Mid-level recruiter with experience consistently filling Contract roles within the Aerospace, Defence, or Engineering industry.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence candidates and stakeholders.
- Proactive Approach: Self-motivated and proactive with a passion for finding and securing top talent.
