Social Media Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly creative and organized Social Media Operations Specialist to elevate our digital presence and that of our clients. As part of our growth, we are expanding our social department and looking for a social media expert who can hit the ground running. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing and growing B2B and B2C accounts across UK markets, with a strong focus on delivering impactful campaigns and content.

This position is primarily responsible for growing TikTok livestream views and drive monetization of our account. Previous experience in driving revenue through social media livestreaming is a must.

Additionally,





you will report directly to the Marketing Executive and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns align with business objectives.

You will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies across multiple platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, RED, Douyin, and more. The role requires knowledge of livestreaming strategy and its role in growing audiences and driving revenue. Familiarity with Chinese domestic social media platforms would be a significant plus, allowing you to maximize potential growth in key markets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute tailored social media strategies for a diverse portfolio of clients.
- Create and manage compelling content, including copy, graphics, and short-form videos, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and audience preferences.
- Lead and manage TikTok livestreams, with a focus on growing views and increasing account monetization through effective engagement strategies.






- Monitor and analyse social media performance metrics to inform continuous optimization and provide actionable insights.
- Work closely with designers, videographers, and account managers to ensure the seamless execution of campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Stay ahead of the curve by staying up to date with social media trends, best practices, algorithms, and emerging platforms to ensure clients are at the forefront of social media innovation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates, performance reports, and strategic recommendations for improvement.
- Embrace hybrid working models, using flexibility to foster collaboration and productivity within the team.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in social media management, preferably within a marketing agency environment.






- Proven success in developing and executing social media campaigns with demonstrable impact.
- Experience managing TikTok livestreams, including strategy, execution, and performance analysis with a focus on monetization and growing audience.
- Strong knowledge of UK’s social media platforms, including TikTok and Instagram.
- Experience with Chinese domestic social media platforms such as Douyin and RED (Little Red Book)is a plus.
- Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to craft messages tailored to diverse audiences and platforms.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.






- Proficiency with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Hootsuite, Later, or similar social media management tools.
- Advanced understanding of analytics tools and how to leverage them to inform and optimize social strategies.
- Passion for staying current with social media developments, algorithms, and trends.
