What You’ll Be Doing:
As a new Graduate Construction Project Manager, you’ll be diving into a diverse array of commercial projects from inception to completion.
Your day-to-day will include:
✅ Site Visits: Jet-set across the UK to monitor project progress and engage with clients.
✅ Client Meetings: Schedule catch-ups to discuss project updates and next steps—like a maestro conducting an orchestra!
✅ Tender Contracts & Contract Administration: Get the nitty-gritty done while ensuring everything runs smoothly.
✅ Team Collaboration: Work independently but also integrate with our talented internal teams to grab insights and share ideas.
Who They're Looking For:
✅ Education: An RICS accredited degree is key—let that knowledge shine! You should also be a member of, or working towards, a Construction-based subscription (RICS, APM, CIOB).
✅ Experience:
Some experience delivering projects in the Logistics and Hotel/Leisure sectors will set you apart. We're looking for someone who is confident about guiding projects through all stages.
