About the Role:
- Design a cohesive visual system for 19 brands, ensuring consistency across all products.
- Own and manage the design system, creating visually engaging experiences that enhance user interaction.
- Collaborate with UX researchers, product designers, engineers, and product managers to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Utilize your storyboarding and motion graphics skills to bring designs to life.
- Play a key role in driving UI/UX innovation across the business.
About You:
- Strong experience with UI/UX design, especially in managing design systems.
- Expertise in Figma and an understanding of usability and accessibility principles.
- A creative storyteller who can develop dynamic, visually compelling experiences.
- Open-minded, humble, and ready to inspire a diverse team of professionals.
- Familiarity with front-end development is a plus.
