Sales Associates 24-37 hours per week - Premium Confectionery

Your Role
As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring customers receive the highest level of service and support.
This includes building knowledge of the product range and utilizing effective sales techniques to meet and exceed both individual and store targets. You’ll be part of a diverse team that values creativity, respect, and a shared passion for bringing joy to customers through our premium confectionery products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service and build strong relationships with customers.
- Develop a deep understanding of the products in store, from their ingredients to their origins.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by employing effective selling techniques, including up-selling and cross-selling.
- Maintain high visual and merchandising standards, ensuring the store always looks inviting and well-organized.
- Follow store operations and stockroom procedures to keep the business running smoothly.
What We’re Looking For:
- A love for interacting with customers, paired with a hands-on, enthusiastic attitude.
- A positive approach to all situations,
bringing energy and passion to your role every day.
- The ability to work well both independently and within a team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (other languages are a bonus!).
- A strong awareness of quality, cleanliness, and hygiene standards.
- A passion for fine food, particularly chocolate, and a dedication to providing customers with a memorable experience.
