THE COMPANY
This fashion retailer is a big name in the UK, and they are looking for a CRM leader to come in and revitalise their already impressive CRM & Loyalty program!
THE ROLE
As the Head of CRM, you can expect to be involved in the following:
- Leading a team of 2 executive who will be deploying the campaigns
- Come up with strategies to evolve and redesign the future of their loyalty program
- Work cross functionally with marketing, analytics, product etc.
- Manage senior stakeholder and C-suite relationships
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Loyalty experience is key
- Experience in a retail/fashion/ecommerce environment is needed
- Management experience is required
- No set CRM platform required
