Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM)
Salary: up to 100k (Neg) + Bonus + Bens
Location: This role requires travel, which could be international. Hybrid working.

Role Summary:
The Business Development Manager will focus on creating long-term growth strategies, identifying new markets,
and building partnerships across all service lines. This individual will play a pivotal role in expanding the companys reach, particularly in professional services and corporate markets, and establishing new revenue streams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities, including new markets, partnerships, and services.
- Develop market entry strategies for thier services in professional services, law firms, financial institutions, and corporates.
- Build and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Initiate and negotiate partnerships and strategic alliances that can enhance their service offering and market reach.
- Lead on new product/service launches, working with product teams to ensure successful market entry.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and ensure they remains competitive.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to implement new go-to-market strategies.
- Provide thought leadership by contributing to white papers, webinars, and industry events.
Key Deliverables:
- Develop and execute a business development plan with measurable objectives.
- Create and maintain partnerships that result in new business or strategic market access.
- Meet annual revenue growth targets through new client acquisition and market expansion.
- Successfully launch new products or services, driving initial revenue streams.
- Provide quarterly business development reports, including market analysis and forecasts.
What we are looking for
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, particularly in professional services (Legal, Insurance), financial services (PE, VC, HF etc), or corporate markets.
- Proven ability to develop and execute long-term growth strategies.
- Strong understanding of market trends and the ability to identify new opportunities.
- Experience in building partnerships and strategic alliances to drive business growth.
- Exceptional negotiation and networking skills, with a track record of securing new clients and markets.
- Knowledge of security services and risk management is advantageous.
