Boutique Law Firm Seeks Experienced Wills and Estates Litigation Senior Lawyer or PARTNER
A distinguished boutique law firm is seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate or Partner to bolster its Contentious Wills and Estates practice.
The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of handling complex and high-value disputes related to wills, estates, and probate matters. A deep understanding of the intricate legal landscape and a strategic approach to litigation are essential.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing expert legal advice to high-net-worth individuals, families, and executors on a range of contentious probate matters.
- Leading and managing complex litigation cases from inception to conclusion,
including pre-action strategy, court proceedings, and appeals.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, delivering exceptional client service, and identifying business development opportunities.
- Collaborating with colleagues across the firm to provide comprehensive legal solutions.
To be considered for this role, candidates must demonstrate:
- A strong academic background with a law degree (or equivalent) and relevant professional qualifications.
- At least 8 years of post-qualification experience in contentious wills and estates litigation.
- Proven ability to handle complex litigation matters and achieve successful outcomes.
- Exceptional legal analysis, drafting, and advocacy skills.
- Strong business development and client relationship management abilities.
