Team: Community Mental Health Team (CMHT)
Pay Rate:£40.00 per hour
Requirements:
- Experience: At least 2 years working with Adults in the UK
- DBS: Must be up-to-date
- Registration: Registered with Social Care Wales
- Degree: Social Work or a relevant degree
