THE COMPANY TRAINEE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT
Working across the technology market, you will specialise in sourcing the best IT professionals for your clients across Europe. Youll have the chance to travel to countries such as Germany, France, and Italy to meet with your clients to get a full understanding of their offering.
From day one you will have access to the firms training and development team, who will essentially coach you in all areas to become a successful recruiter.
Other consultants in the firm have all achieved earnings of over £45k in their first year, and hit at least 2 promotion targets within their first two years, meaning you will be in good company to hit the ground running.
Not only this, but the company believes that to achieve success, you must reward success, meaning that they run a number of incentives across the year. This includes all-inclusive holidays abroad, team drinks on the company card, amazing Michelin Star lunches, and so much more. - Starting salary of £25k, rising with each promotion (£28k after 6 months)
- Uncapped commission structure with no threshold, seeing you earn over £50k in year one, and over £100k in year three!

THE ROLE TRAINEE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT
- Cold calling new businesses and pitching them your services
- Building excellent relationships with your clients through attending meetings
- Souring candidates through headhunting on LinkedIn
- Interviewing candidates and understanding their skillset and wants from a new opportunity
- Managing the end to end interview process and ensuring meetings are booked in, and both parties have feedback following meetings
- Negotiating the best package for your candidate
- Building an online presence and creating relevant content for your growing network
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE TRAINEE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT
- Recent graduate with a 2:1 or above in any discipline
- Hardworking with evidence of work alongside studies (part-time, internships, placement year etc.)
- Resilient and competitive (background of sports etc.)
- Financially driven and looking to earn above a basic pay
- Confident speaking with a range of individuals and organisations over the phone
