This world-leading company was founded by two individuals with over 32 years of experience combined in the sector, with their experience and knowledge that has been learned over the years being part of their success.

The Benefits - Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Starting with a £25k base salary, increasing with promotions (5 months)
- On average earnings in your first year are expected to be £40-45k with the commission
- The highest Biller last year took home £77k in their first year, with an individual on track for £80k+ this coming year!!
- Holiday targets for the highest billers with trips previously to Maldives, skiing, Amsterdam, etc
- Monthly social activities organised by the company at their expense including visits to Londons top restaurants, Wine tasting experiences, and west end shows
- Modern Central London office- located in St Pauls, with a rooftop bar for those warm evenings

The Role - Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Interviewing and screening candidates and their suitability for current available roles
- Continuous learning of your market to enhance your understanding to aid the placement of ideal candidates into the sectors, leading to you becoming an expert in the area
- Producing advertisements and outreaching individuals who possess the desired criteria for specific roles
- Cold-calling potential candidates and clients
