About the role
This is an internal secondment role, available to current UCL staff only.
We are looking for a Senior Change Manager to join our management team on a 12 month fixed term contract to provide cover for parental leave.
You’ll have the chance to get closely involved with our portfolio of strategic changes, leading the change management on one of our top priority programmes, you’ll contribute to the maturity of UCL’s change capability and work with our growing team to make change easier, as well as providing leadership for a small team of change managers.
About you
To be successful in this role, candidates will need to demonstrate experience of leading on large scale, complex change,
bringing a recognised change management accreditation as well as strong relationship building, influencing and negotiating skills.
You will need to demonstrate experience of line management and change management skills including, but not limited to :
- Stakeholder identification and analysis;
- Change impact assessment;
- Strategic thinking and planning;
- Training needs analysis, training design and delivery.
- Design and implementation of behavioural change initiatives ( diagnosis workshops, employee engagement, culture change)
