We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Graduate Cover Supervisor to join our secondary schools in Southend on Sea. This full-time role is perfect for graduates looking to gain classroom experience and start their careers in education.
As a Graduate Cover Supervisor , you will be responsible for supervising classes during the short-term absence of teachers, ensuring a focused and positive learning environment for students.
The Graduate Cover Supervisor role involves delivering pre-set lesson plans, managing classroom behavior, and providing support to students across various subjects.
This position is ideal for graduates who are passionate about working with young people and want to make a meaningful impact on their education.
Key responsibilities of the Graduate Cover Supervisor include :
- Supervising classes and ensuring students remain engaged and on task during teacher absences.
- Delivering lesson plans and ensuring learning objectives are met.
- Managing classroom behavior and providing guidance to students where needed.
- Supporting the school in various capacities, including assisting with student progress and well-being.
