The Research Associate will be joining the innovation-focused Bidmos’ lab, where psychological safety forms the foundation of creativity, collaboration, and cutting-edge scientific breakthroughs.
The Associate will lead activities in the lab relating to the characterisation of patient-derived anti-Neisserial human monoclonal antibodies (hmAbs), and unequivocal identification of the cognate epitopes of these antibodies.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to engage with a collaborative, multidisciplinary team while supporting and mentoring others in the lab, all within a dynamic and innovative research environment

The Associate will lead activities in the lab relating to the characterisation of patient-derived anti-Neisserial human monoclonal antibodies (hmAbs), and unequivocal identification of the cognate epitopes of these antibodies.

Hold a PhD in clinical medicine, molecular immunology, or a closely related discipline, or equivalent research, industrial or commercial experience
- Candidates who have not yet been officially awarded their PhD will be appointed as Research Assistan t.
- Prior significant experience in in vitro functional assays
- Significant experience and ability to train staff and students on 3D tissue culture models
- Proficient laboratory management and organisational skills
