T9-Specialist, a marketing and events firm based in Manchester, is seeking an enthusiastic Marketing Associate (Entry Level) to join our team.
We partner with non-profit organizations and other clients to run innovative events and promotions, focusing on driving sales and building strong, meaningful customer relationships.

About the Role :
As a Marketing Associate , you will be an integral part of our marketing campaigns, engaging directly with the public at various event locations across Manchester.
This role combines elements of marketing, sales, and event management,
allowing you to learn how to promote and sell our clients' causes and services effectively.
Through face-to-face communication, you will be instrumental in delivering our marketing strategies and generating results that contribute to the growth of our client’s fundraising efforts.
Responsibilities :
- Campaign Support : Assist in planning and executing marketing events and promotional activities, ensuring they are aligned with client goals and brand messages.
- Sales Engagement : Drive sales and sign-ups at events by engaging with attendees, presenting our clients' services, and educating them about the positive impact of supporting these causes.
- Customer Interaction : Build rapport with potential supporters through professional and friendly communication, aiming to create a lasting impression that encourages ongoing support.
- Market Research : Gather feedback and insights from interactions to inform future marketing strategies and client campaigns.
- Event Set-Up & Management :
Help set up promotional areas and ensure that event spaces are attractive, engaging, and professional, ready to captivate the audience.
- Brand Representation : Represent our clients’ brands with enthusiasm and professionalism, consistently communicating their mission and values to event attendees.
- Performance Tracking : Monitor your performance and the effectiveness of campaigns, providing regular reports to the marketing team to refine and improve strategies.
Requirements :
- Full and unrestricted right to work in the UK. We cannot consider Tier 4 or PSW visas, unfortunately.
- Understand that we do not do digital marketing. This role focuses on face-to-face marketing and sales at events.
- Must not have applied to any of our openings in the past 30 days.
- Must be able to work full-time, with flexibility for events that may occur during evenings or weekends.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences.
- No prior experience is necessary, but previous customer service or sales experience is advantageous.
- A proactive, enthusiastic attitude and a desire to develop marketing and sales skills in a hands-on environment.
