Aim London is seeking a passionate and motivated Junior Sales Consultant to join our London team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to work in a fast-paced and supportive environment, where you’ll be engaging directly with customers face-to-face no desk work involved.
As a Junior Sales Consultant, you will be an essential part of our team, building and maintaining relationships with potential and existing customers in the energy sector.
Working closely with our experienced sales team, you will interact with customers in various locations, identify their needs, and offer tailored energy solutions.
You will present our services, negotiate contracts, and close deals,
contributing directly to the growth of our business.
Key Responsibilities :
- Engage directly with customers face-to-face in residential, retail, and event settings to generate leads and discuss their energy needs.
- Research and understand potential clients’ situations, identifying energy solutions that suit their requirements.
- Schedule and conduct in-person meetings and presentations to showcase our energy products and services.
- Develop and nurture relationships with existing clients, delivering exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction and foster loyalty.
- Negotiate and finalise energy sales deals, consistently meeting or exceeding your assigned sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing sales and revenue growth in the energy sector.
- Stay current with energy industry trends, regulations, and market developments to identify new opportunities and provide informed advice to customers.
- Participate in training and development programmes designed to enhance your face-to-face sales skills and knowledge of the energy industry.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in a face-to-face environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers in person.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills, with a persuasive and proactive approach.
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and take on new challenges in a hands-on role.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team on-site.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Previous experience in the energy industry is a plus, but not essential.
