We have big ambitions and a management team to deliver it; with 100+ years’ experience in banking across Credit Suisse, UBS, NatWest, Capital One and Barclays.
The Role :
We are looking for a Senior Growth Manager to join our personal loans business and ensure we deliver against our acquisition targets.
This is a critical role in the business, leading both short-term acquisition performance and the 3 12-month growth strategy.
As a data-driven business, we are seeking someone who is analytically minded and shares our passion for using data to uncover new business opportunities.
You will be expected to problem-solve at pace, contribute innovative ideas and seize commercial opportunities.
This role is also highly collaborative, requiring strong teamwork and influencing skills.
You will work with internal teams and external partners every day, including for 360 analysis of business performance and to build out the go-to-market plans for growth initiatives.
You will be supported by three direct reports, working across partnerships acquisition, direct acquisition and growth analytics.
We are looking for a supportive team leader with people management experience, who will be committed to getting the best out of the team and facilitating their development.
Key Responsibilities :
- Acquisition Management : Forecast and track acquisition volume and cost performance vs. target across partnerships and digital marketing channels, promptly identifying,
understanding and resolving any variation
- Customer and Market Insights : Collect, analyse and action customer and market insights, including new customer research, NPS survey analytics and partnership discussions on current and expected future state of loans marketplace
- Growth Strategy & Delivery : Leverage internal resources and external insight sources to develop, align and execute 3 12-month acquisition growth strategy in-line with business targets
- Stakeholder Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with Amplifi Executive committee, credit union partners, and third-party aggregator partners, ensuring alignment with acquisition targets and proposed growth initiatives
- Team Management :
Provide leadership and mentorship to three direct reports, guiding their professional development and ensuring the team’s success.
Requirements
- Experience owning volume, revenue and cost targets in a growth or acquisition role
- Experience overseeing digital marketing activities such as SEO, paid search and CRM
- Expertise using insights and data to build and execute growth plans
- Demonstrable leadership of growth initiative launches from conception to delivery
- Analytically minded, comfortable analysing different types and formats of data
- Skilled in managing a diverse range of stakeholders
- Team leadership experience, with a passion for developing talent
- Prefer working in a fast-paced environment, where targets and requirements can change at short-notice.
Also Desirable :
- Financial services experience, particularly consumer credit
- Scale-up experience
- Branding experience including tone of voice and copywriting.
