T9-Specialist, a leading marketing and events firm based in Manchester, is looking for a driven Marketing and Sales Assistant to join our energetic team.
We work with various non-profit organizations and commercial clients, helping them achieve their objectives through engaging face-to-face events and promotions.

About the Role :
As a Marketing and Sales Assistant , you will be involved in creating and executing engaging campaigns designed to connect with the public and generate results for our clients.
You’ll be at the forefront of our face-to-face sales efforts, interacting directly with potential customers at events, shopping centres, and other high-traffic locations throughout Manchester.
Your role will be key in promoting our clients' causes and services, driving sales, and building lasting customer relationships.
Responsibilities :
- Event Execution : Assist in planning and executing marketing and sales events across Manchester, ensuring all promotional areas are engaging, professional, and align with our clients' brand.
- Sales Engagement : Actively engage with the public during events, providing information on our clients’ services and encouraging donations or sign-ups through persuasive and informative conversations.
- Customer Relationship Building : Build strong connections with potential supporters by providing excellent customer service and creating positive, memorable experiences.
- Market Feedback Collection : Gather and report insights from events, helping the marketing team adapt and optimize strategies for future campaigns.
- Setup & Logistics : Assist with setting up event locations, including materials, displays, and signage, ensuring everything is organized for maximum impact.
- Team Collaboration : Work closely with your colleagues to meet team sales targets and campaign goals, providing support and motivation when needed.
- Performance Reporting : Track and report on your individual performance during events, including sales figures and customer engagement statistics, to help identify areas for improvement.
Requirements :
- Full and unrestricted right to work in the UK. We cannot consider Tier 4 or PSW visas, unfortunately.
- Understand that we do not do digital marketing. This role focuses on face-to-face marketing and sales at events and promotional locations.
- Must not have applied to any of our openings in the past 30 days.
- Must be able to work full-time, with the flexibility for evening and weekend events.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence people in face-to-face settings.
- Previous customer service or sales experience is beneficial but not essential; we provide full training.
- A proactive attitude, enthusiasm for learning, and a willingness to step out of your comfort zone.
