Our client, an industry leader in their field is looking to hire a Recruitment Business Partner to join their Talent Acquisition team in London.

This is a full 360 recruiter role, supporting stakeholders across the business, with the primary focus of managing current and future hiring demand across their corporate functions.

As a Recruitment Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in shaping the companies talent strategy, partnering with business leaders, and driving end-to-end recruitment processes in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, create strategic recruitment plans,





and attract top talent that fits our dynamic company culture.

You will :

- Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, advising on workforce planning, talent attraction strategies, and hiring needs.
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for multiple roles across various departments, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing strategies, including headhunting, networking, and leveraging various recruitment channels.
- Develop and implement innovative recruitment solutions to meet the demands of a fast-growing business.
- Work closely with the HR team to align recruitment strategies with broader business goals.
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and platforms.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics to monitor progress and optimize recruitment efforts.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.

The ideal candidate will have :







- Proven experience as a Recruitment Business Partner or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruitment, sourcing techniques, and employer branding.
- Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and advising on recruitment strategies.
- Ability to manage high-volume recruitment processes with competing priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Strong organisational skills and a results-driven mindset.
- Knowledge of recruitment technologies and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- A proactive, flexible approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment.
