Job Title : Junior Surveyor
Location : Ilford

M&G; Construction Ltd provides a professional building service throughout London and the home counties, we are a diverse organisation that has its own plant, workshops and labour.
We undertake all aspects of construction from groundworks, drainage, foundations, concrete works, bricklaying, metal works, roofing, plastering, electrical work, plumbing, carpentry, decoration and landscaping.

The Role :
We are looking for a Trainee Building Surveyor to support planned business growth. The successful applicant will train with existing Surveyor / Contracts Managers and Building Surveyors.
You will be trained in all aspects of the surveyor’s role so that once sufficient experience has been gained you’ll be promoted to Building Surveyor.
The Candidate :
- 1+ year’s relevant Quantity Surveying or Construction Management experience
- Personable, smart and motivated
- Capable of developing a network of contacts both clients and agents
- The ability to efficiently manage your own workload with minimum supervision
- Also have the ability to be team player
- Strong IT skills
Requirements :
- CSCS Card
- CSCS Card
- Full Drivers License
- Local to the area
- Basic Understanding of Surveying
- Basic understanding estimating
- Basic understanding of project management
