If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!We are seeking a hardworking and proactive team assistant to join a luxury busy and dynamic finance office in London.
This role is initially offered on a temp basis with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate. The successful applicant will be based in London and available to work in the office 5 days per weekKey Responsibilities :
Managing multiple busy diaries with precision for several headsCoordinating complex travel arrangements across different time zonesSupporting ongoing projects Handling administrative tasks and liaising with internal and external stakeholdersMultitasking and prioritising in a fast-paced environmentRequirements : Minimum 5 years experience as a Team Assistant ideally within Investment, Finance, Private Equity, or Asset Management sectorsStrong multitasking skills and the ability to work under pressureMust be highly organisedAvailable to work from 8 AM to 6 PM, Monday to FridayImmediately availableWhat’s in it for you?
