Position : Accounts Assistant Manager

Location : Oldham

Salary : £38,000 - £45,000 (Dependent on Experience)

We are on the lookout for a motivated Accounts Assistant Manager to join our client's team in Oldham, dedicated to delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities :

- Managing a portfolio of clients, nurturing strong relationships, and providing sound financial guidance.
- Preparing and reviewing annual accounts, corporation tax computations, and VAT returns.






- Leading and mentoring junior team members, offering guidance and constructive feedback.
- Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.
- Contributing to ad-hoc projects and special assignments when required.
- Demonstrate expertise in accounting, VAT, taxation, and general business advisory services aligned with our client needs.

Requirements :

- Ideally hold 4+ years' experience working within a UK accounting practice.
- ACCA or ACA qualification is essential
- QBE candidates will also be considered for this position.
- You must hold the right to fully work in the UK.
