Your Role and Responsibilities :
- Manage a manageable caseload with the support of a dedicated team.
- Oversee the recruitment, assessment, approval, and ongoing support of Foster Carers.
- Provide guidance and supervision to Foster Carers in line with Fostering Regulations.
- Ensure that children’s care and development needs are met within placements.
- Conduct necessary placement management, planning, and intervention .
Requirements :
- A Social Work qualification and registration with Social Work England.
- An Enhanced DBS check.
- Experience in Children’s Services and foster care delivery.
- A strong understanding of Fostering Standards, Legislation , and safeguarding principles.
