Requirements :
- Experience in adult social care, particularly in safeguarding and triage roles, is highly valued.
- Proficiency in conducting assessments and making informed decisions based on those assessments.
- Understandings of safeguarding adults procedures and the ability to apply them in practice.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients, families, and other professionals.
- Ability to analyze complex information and make sound decisions.
What we are looking for in a Social Worker :
- Social Work England registration
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Hold a full UK licence
- Post-qualified experience
- Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
