As a lead teacher, you will be responsible for driving the subject forward, developing innovative schemes of work, and supporting both staff and students in achieving excellence.

and resource management. You will work closely with senior leaders to ensure high-quality teaching and learning. The ability to teach across a range of disciplines within Design Technology, including Product Design, Graphics, and Resistant Materials, will be essential.
