Minerva Research Labs is looking for a creative and engaging Social Media and Community Manager for the UK market. In this role, you will be responsible for building our online presence and fostering a vibrant community around our brand. Your primary focus will be developing a social media strategy that increases our brand awareness, engages our audience, and drives community participation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with marketing goals and enhances the brand's voice online
- Create, curate, and manage published content across social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn
- Engage with the community, responding to inquiries, comments,
and messages in a timely and positive manner
- Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications, adjusting strategies as necessary to ensure optimal engagement and effectiveness
- Analyze social media metrics to evaluate success and inform future strategies
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create cohesive campaigns that resonate with the target audience
- Organize and promote online community events, webinars, and initiatives aimed at increasing engagement
- Build relationships with influencers, brand advocates, and industry leaders to expand our reach and build credibility
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management or community engagement
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Proficient in social media platforms and their respective analytics tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity
- Ability to generate and implement innovative ideas that resonate with the target audience
- Experience with community building and facilitating online discussions
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Passion for the health, wellness, and beauty industry is a plus
Benefits

- From £40K to £45K per annum
