We are recruiting on behalf of our client in Sherburn in Elmet, an enthusiastic person to work for a managed distribution company based near Sherburn in Elmet, Leeds. You will be working as part of a team in a modern business environment, where high quality standards are implemented throughout the business.
Technical Administration skills are not essential but strong attention to detail and a work history of administration skills are key.
This is a permanent vacancy within with a growing company.
The successful candidate will join the technical team to assist with technical enquiries and administrative duties including:
Requesting technical documentation from suppliers for records
Working with the technical consultant to assist with documentation for business related certification.
Completing customer technical enquiries where necessary
Other administrative duties, including overseeing the technical email account.
What we are looking for:
A well-organised individual with a keen eye for detail who is happy to direct their own workflow.
Strong Computer Skills including Excel.
Good interpersonal skills.
Strong time management skills and ability to prioritise.
Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Full Technical training will be provided where necessary.
