The Role
The Product Manager will work alongside a senior Product Manager, both taking ownership in playing a critical role in helping craft the Digital Banks Mortgage Products production, direction and enhancing customer experience within the Mortgage product stream for residential, buy-to-let, bridge loans etc
The Product Manager will have experience in Digital Retail Banking, managing the entire product lifecycle from start to finish focussing on the client Mortgage journey, end to end.
The Product Manager will specialise in Mortgage regulations and Property Finance. You will manage and oversee the Mortgage product lifecycle, prioritisation, roadmap and solving challenging problems that align to our strategic goals.
The Product Manager will lead essential commercial performance indicators and will take ownership of commercial KPIs and ensure it is in line with projected forecasts and financial plans whilst achieving or surpassing established objectives.
The Project Manager will be a Certified Product Manager, Agile Certified Product Owner, or Certified Product Marketing Manager are preferable.
The Product Manager is to work alongside Marketing and other Product Leads to enhance market strategies and the growth of new customer facing Mortgage and Lending products and features.
The Candidate
3-5 years experience in working in a Banking environment that has a digital arm to the business, with specific experience in Mortgage products.
Understanding of Mortgage regulations.
Preferred experience in start-up/fintech product teams and exposure to banking,
financial and professional services.
Experience with Platform integration - a real plus!
Pragmatic in managing trade-offs between scope, resource and time.
