Job Summary
Cleveland Clinic London is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Staff Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team. As a Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to patients requiring level 2 and 3 care, in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Prioritize nursing care, recognizing deterioration in patient condition and escalating to senior nursing team/clinicians immediately.
- Coordinate patient care,
working collaboratively with other disciplines to achieve planned and expected outcomes.
- Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
Requirements
- Current nursing registration (First Level) through the Nursing & Midwifery Council (NMC) required, with no restrictions to practice.
- Evidence of full Occupational Health Clearance for Exposure Prone Procedures (EPP) is essential.
- Must be willing to undertake relevant post-registration courses.
- Demonstrable clinical experience in high acuity critically-ill adults, with invasive lines, mechanical ventilation, continuous and intermittent hemodialysis, and vasoactive intravenous medications in a hospital setting.
