The role:
Key Responsibilities:
- To actively develop the business through existing and new connections including the development and implementation of a Bristol business plan
- Have a strong focus on exceeding client expectations, proven evidence of anticipating client needs and resolving problems
- Able to motivate a team of lawyers and support staff and enhance their professional and technical development
- Attend networking and business development events with the opportunity to raise the profile of you and the team by speaking at events,
webinars and podcasts
- Passionate, ambitious and energetic - looking to focus on rapid expansion within the local residential property market
