Job Title: Assistant Property Manager Location: Belfast BT9 Salary and Benefits: Salary up to £30k per annum. They would now like to recruit an Assistant Property Manager to the team. The Right role: Duties of the role will include: Logging on QUBE/ECS of all telephone, e mail,
fax and letter communications Help Desk Management Activities for Team Portfolio Service Charge Invoicing and Credit Control procedures for Team Portfolio Service Charge Expenditure and Payments relating to Team Portfolio Developing and Implementing Tendering procedures for works required for Team Portfolio Producing maintenance reports for AGM, or ad hoc Meetings with development directors. Developing, Implementing, and Reviewing all activities relating to the planned and un-planned facilities management of the Team Portfolio. Assisting with the administration of Solicitor Sales pack information. The Right Fit: Ideally you will come from a Property Management background.
