Work alongside the Head of Marketing & eCommerce to shape the global trading strategy, helping hit revenue and profit targets, and offering insights for each financial quarter.
Create a yearly strategy to boost customer acquisition and retention,
focusing on key metrics like retention rate, order frequency, and lifetime value across all markets. Develop an annual Digital Marketing Plan to grow traffic and revenue in the UK, US, AU, CA, and EU through channels like CRM, Google, Amazon, Affiliates, Paid Social, YouTube, and whatever new channels pop up. Team up with the Paid Media Manager and design team to review ad creative, keep an eye on the competition, and continuously test and refine new ideas.
Build out a CRM strategy to keep customers coming back, oversee email marketing, and ensure automated email flows are running smoothly and hitting targets. Manage day-to-day digital marketing across channels like Google, Amazon, Affiliates, and Display to drive traffic, revenue, and hit ROAS goals. Work with the eCommerce Trading Manager to keep improving conversion rates by fine-tuning the customer journey on key landing pages.
Regularly review the customer journey to find drop-off points, suggest improvements, and follow through on implementing those changes.
Grow Amazon marketplace traffic and revenue YOY, collaborating with the eCommerce team to keep landing and product pages up to scratch. Report on digital marketing results weekly, monthly, and yearly, taking part in trading meetings and pushing for a test-and-learn approach.
Desired Experience:6+ years in digital marketing for a DTC eCommerce setup, with hands-on experience in Meta, TikTok, Google, and preferably Amazon Ads. Comfortable setting targets, analysing performance with tools like GA4 and Shopify, and mentoring a team to reach both personal and business goals.
