As a Paid Social Specialist, you will:Play a key role in the execution, strategy, and reporting of paid social activities for a designated group of clients. Systematically analyse performance and identify growth opportunities. Stay updated on the latest technical and creative best practices.
Handle client queries and provide performance insights to the Account Director, Growth Manager, and Creative Strategist. Report on marketing strategies aligned with performance KPIs. Contribute to strategy development while remaining hands-on with platforms, executing tactics and strategies aligned with best practices.
ABOUT YOUYou bring a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads (additional experience with TikTok ads preferred), either client-side or agency-side.
Experience working with Direct-to-Consumer E-commerce Brands has given you a strong understanding of metrics related to on-platform and e-commerce website funnel performance. Your track record shows your ability to leverage data to extract meaningful insights and drive growth initiatives, following a test-and-verify approach.
Highly organised, you recognise the importance of effective communication within a team, maintaining detailed activity logs, and promptly informing relevant stakeholders of any changes. You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail. You can take ownership of growth initiatives, whether executing independently or delegating tasks to peers or junior team members when necessary.
