Commercial Property Solicitor 4 years PQE +, Salary up to £70K Hybrid (3 days WFH after initial period), + over target incentive bonuses, SE London. Our client is a well-established, full-service South-East London Law Firm with modern offices and a stunning view of the river. They are looking for a further commercial property solicitor with a minimum of 4 years PQE to join them in their successful property division, and work with long-standing and valued clients.

You will have a busy caseload to take over from the start and will be supported by a friendly and happy team. The role:Reporting to the Head of Department,





you will take on a full caseload and support the department in handing increased volumes of work which continue to be generated through various marketing and networking initiatives. The department generates a lot of commercial property work and uses state-of-the-art IT equipment and a modern case management system.

You will be supported by an experienced legal secretary and professional support lawyer. You will be part of a team of 4 Solicitors and will be competent in handing a high level of all aspects of commercial property matters as follows: Acquisitions and disposals (freehold and leasehold)Conditional sales and purchases Leases 1954 Act lease renewals Ancillary deeds (of variation, surrender, rent deposit, licence for alterations)Refinancing (acting for both lenders and borrowers)OverageOptions over landRequirements for the roleA minimum of 4 years PQE in all aspects of Commercial property matters, managing your own caseload. Excellent client service skillsAn understanding of different clients and their needs based on your solid experience dealing with different clients.







Demonstrable experience of developing and fostering strong relationships. The ability to work collaboratively and as part of a wider team. Strong communication skills, verbal and written.

Technically competent using modern case management systems as well as MS Word & OutlookAccustomed to meeting billings targets in a fee earning role. You will have experience in business development and will proactively continue to expand your client portfolio as part of the firmwide marketing and growth strategy. Driven and ambitious and motivated to exceed targets where you will be rewarded for your success with generous incentive bonuses.
