Contracts Manager – 12 Month FTC (Maternity Cover) - PR/006437We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager with proven expertise in contract management and negotiation, specifically with the US Government, to join our client on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. This is a hybrid role, requiring attendance in West London 2-3 days per week. The position offers a competitive salary of up to £65k, along with bonus opportunities and the benefit of working a 4.5 day week.
Key Responsibilities:Manage and negotiate contracts with US Government entities, ensuring compliance with all regulations. Lead and support commercial account development, driving successful client negotiations. Develop and present business proposals,
contribute to bids and tenders, and handle contract interpretations.
Provide guidance and training to junior team members to ensure a high standard of contract management. Work collaboratively across teams to ensure commercial success and client satisfaction. Requirements:Proven experience in contract management with the US Government is essential.
Strong background in negotiating directly with US Government bodies. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage complex contracts effectively.
